Some Things You Just Won’t Miss

What is the saying, “You can’t make a silk purse out of a sow’s ear”? Hard as you try you also can’t disguise a port-a-potty in your front yard to make it look any better! 

We have had contractors working on a new deck and screened-in porch for a few months now. It is finally completed and we are able to enjoy evening meals “al fresco” without the fear of being carried off by mosquitoes. I’m sure our neighbors will be as happy as we are to see this little front yard accessory disappear! So long old friend.
