Smoothie Queen!

There’s nothing like a nice fruit smoothie to rejuvenate your soul! This is so easy to make and so inexpensive.

Add these ingredients together in your blender:

1 cup crushed ice

1 cup orange juice

1 banana (peeled, not taking any chances here)

1 six oz. or 8 oz. container of yogurt (I like strawberry or vanilla flavored)

8-10 frozen strawberries

2-3 scoops orange sherbet

This will make enough for one person, if you have to share you may want to add another container of yogurt and another banana. Blend, pour into a fancy glass, add a straw and chill out!

    Ahh…Honey shakes! That is the only way that Jackson will drink the smoothies some days. He wasn’t a fan of the super healthy ones they had in Thailand. 🙂
